Policy plan RobinPolley Foundation
The Policy Plan of the RobinPolley Foundation outlines its objectives and strategies for achieving them. Our primary goal is to enhance local welfare by promoting, stimulating, and contributing to a brighter future for youth and young adults in Ghana, particularly in the realms of education and sports. We achieve this through various initiatives such as organizing structural training sessions and matches leading up to football tournaments, providing essential schoolbooks and supplies to improve access to education, organizing extracurricular activities, offering a diverse range of choices, and potentially integrating other sports with schooling. Additionally, we support orphanages by supplying them with basic necessities to ensure their proper functioning.
Income generation
The RobinPolley Foundation generates income through various means, including funds, grants, donations, and our own contributions.
Expenditure
Funds are allocated to cover various expenses, including the facilitation of transportation from the Netherlands to Ghana, procurement of football equipment and school supplies, covering primary basic needs, airfare, and accommodation in Ghana for attending and organizing periodic events, maintaining our website for donation generation, and managing the costs of storage space for donated items.
Asset management
Our assets are managed by a treasurer who oversees financial matters and ensures proper accounting practices. All donations are meticulously tracked and personalized, providing donors with transparency regarding how their contributions are utilized.
Remuneration policy
Board members of the RobinPolley Foundation serve voluntarily and do not receive any compensation or salaries for their services.
